The location of the hotel is very good due to its proximity to the center. The staff is number 10. With all their good intentions and kindness, they are professionally focused on customer satisfaction. This staff deserves much better hotels. The hotel was established in the 90s and all the furnishings have never changed. In this respect, the rooms are literally falling apart. Cleaning is very bad. I think the reason for this is the lack of staff. The rooms are extremely large and spacious. As a result, will I stay again? Never! A hotel's positive nature only in terms of its staff is not enough to ignore its other shortcomings. It's a run-down hotel created by the mentality of an out-of-date boss trying to get by with the missing staff without spending money. I don't recommend it.

Apart from that, the rooms are a little small, but I did not have any problems and was generally satisfied.

The hotel is clean, the staff are kind and the people are friendly.

We couldn't eat anything properly, the breakfast wasn't good at all, don't waste your money, we bought it for 4 days, we barely lasted 3 days and left. I don't recommend it at all.

It was very bad. The room we chose from the app was not the same as the room we were given. They did not put the most suitable photos according to the room. We were excited to book the room we saw when choosing the room, but when we went, they made us stay in a room we had never seen. Even when we contacted the most suitable person, they said there was nothing they could do and did not approach solution-oriented. They literally said, see what you're doing.

Although a superior room without a kitchen was requested, we were given a room with a kitchen. There was no shampoo in the room, there was a spider web in the bathroom and there was dirt on the ceiling of the room.
