Even though I specifically stated it in the reservation, there were no shower gels for the jacuzzi. I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi, but I didn't enjoy it.

We were pleased with almost everything about the hotel, such as its villa-style room concept, hotel activities, family hotel concept, cleanliness, and open buffet food variety. Maybe a solution can only be found to the mosquito and insect problem in the green areas. It is a hotel where you can get more than what you pay for. Hope to see you again.

We stayed for 6 nights with our 4-year-old son, the facilities and everything were great. The restaurant was small and the employees were having trouble keeping up. But overall, I would recommend it, it's a nice hotel in terms of cleanliness. As a final criticism, the casino does not make any profit at all, unfortunately the service there is very, very slow.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is very good.

It has an indifferent staff. They act like they are fighting while answering questions.

The hotel is close to the center, buses, trams, everything pass by, but the cleaning people were cleaning the rooms at 2 am and making noise, they slammed all the doors until the morning, there was a billiards room in the basement, we listened to them all night long, no one respected anyone, there was not even drinking water in the rooms.
