Ant Apart Hotel

I was very pleased, especially the staff were friendly and attentive..

Our holiday was great, the staff were very welcoming, I recommend it, but the cleanliness is 0, they put the same sheets back on the bed, there is neither sweeping nor wiping the bed, even though it is a 3-star hotel, I think the sheets and towels can be changed.

It was a nice stay, I didn't have any problems.

I give 10 to all ratings, I am satisfied.

First of all, when we went to the hotel, they gave me a terrible, tiny room. When I objected, they gave me another room, as you can see, I don't have a closet, there is not even shampoo in the room, the cleaning is zero, I had the worst trip of my life, thanks to them, their breakfast was disgustingly bad, I will never pass by it again.

The service was excellent in every sense. There are almost no local tourists. There were no negative events at night except some foreign tourists talking loudly. The hotel management immediately took steps to solve the problem. It's nice that they don't remain insensitive. I think the hotel is the best hotel in the region. We were satisfied as a family.

We were really pleased, but we had a lot of problems with transportation. The staff were really very friendly and we were satisfied. Thank you to the staff.
