Metin Holiday Apartments

We came from Izmir for our hospital work. The location was very central, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness was very bad. The lack of a non-smoking room and the smell of cigarette smoke permeating the room were very disturbing. In the bathroom, I saw that only the toilet was being cleaned. There was chewed gum in the shower and a razor cover on the floor. The shower was obviously never looked after. Apart from that, the breakfast was above average compared to the situation of the hotel.

Every part of the hotel was very clean. It is a quality hotel.

The service was very nice

The price was good, but the service, cleanliness and hygiene were bad. The doors were broken. You had to hear all the sounds in the next room. It felt like someone was going to open the door and enter at any moment. The service staff were lying on the floor in the corridors of the floors and chatting with each other. This was unsettling. The hotel customer portfolio was couples staying overnight, their voices were very disturbing, you had to overhear without wanting to.

I requested a coffee sub at Sehur and the service was excellent, thank you very much.

The staff's interest, smiling faces and help are very good. Food varieties are very good, you can eat 24/7. The beach is beautiful. The managers are also very friendly and caring. It deserves 5 stars in everything.

I will come again with peace of mind. Thank you to the facility.
