It's a complete disappointment. It's very difficult to find a place by the pool. You have to get up at 5am to get a seat. The food was very bad. The grilled chicken was stinky. Melon and watermelon are served hot in the summer heat. It is said that there are people who like burnt pancakes like this. There is no choice on the a la carte side, only fish is served. It would be better to choose edible products instead of cooking so many varieties. Breakfast was as it should be. We finished the holiday without really choosing lunch and dinner. There is a very bad animation team in terms of event. No entertaining activities were performed. It was a hotel that would not be preferred for our next holiday.

Hotel facilities were exactly what we wanted, beach transportation was good, pools were big and nice enough, food quality and variety was excellent, rooms were big and spacious, we would like to thank all the hotel staff for their efforts. We recommend it to all local tourists. We have already decided to spend our 2025 holiday here with my wife. Congratulations,

The food was very tasteless. Even though we were a family with children, the location of our room was remote and the roads were hilly.

We read many comments before coming to the hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and are leaving now. Based on the comments I read; 1. The rooms are very clean and of adequate size when you enter, daily towel change, linen change and cleaning are provided as long as you request. 2. Since we had a baby, we requested a baby bed and they installed it immediately. They also brought some basic needs such as toothpaste on the same day. 3. It is impossible to get hungry at the hotel. We didn't go to lunch most of the time. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and snacks such as hamburgers etc. are available starting from 14.00. The variety of restaurants and food and beverages is quite sufficient. We are a family that does not drink alcohol, and non-alcoholic drinks are quite sufficient. 4. The staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Ramazan at the reception, when he saw our baby on the first day, he changed our room to a distant block. Unfortunately, the room we paid a lot of money for had a sea view is far from the sea, there is not much of a view, you can choose the one with a land view. 5. The hotel's pool is very busy, but since the pool is large enough, you can swim very well if you enter at appropriate times. The pool at the beach is better, especially its aqua. 6. Frankly, we did not like the sea. Even though it was very shallow and the sand was thin, we went in about 3 times due to the distance from the hotel and the turbidity of the water. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and is not very busy. 7. The animation team is on site all day long. Especially the evening events were very entertaining and we were never bored. 8. It is very suitable for families with children, the number of Turkish foreigners can be said to be balanced. In September there are usually Russians and Germans. Maybe it may be different in other months. In short, it is a f/p hotel.

We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel, which we went to with fear when we saw the comments. It's really hard to understand people. In the comments, it was mentioned that the food was bad and lacked variety. There is never such a thing. All kinds of food and varieties are available. It tastes very good. The location of the hotel is good, the shuttle to the beach takes 3 minutes. There is also a facility on the beach with a bar and a pool with slides. The hotel has its own area on the beach right in front of it. Sun loungers and umbrellas are of course free. I think those who complain about only two types of cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, think the concept is "ultra all inclusive". Before criticizing, it's good to know what you bought for how much. Those who are dissatisfied have their own problems. By the way, I recommend that you stay in a sea view room, and if available, request room number 4306. The view is magnificent, and you can watch the animations very well from your room.
