Medusa House Hotel

The breakfast is super. It's a clean hotel. The staff is friendly. It's in the heart of Taksim. The only problem is car noise at night.

In general, we liked the hotel.

We would like to thank Mr. Emre from human resources, Ms. Durdane, the waitress, and especially teacher Sıla in the Kids Club. The most important thing for us was to leave our child safely and ensure that he had a good time. Ms. Sıla reflected this trust to us well. We would like to thank your entire team for their efforts and the quality service and hospitality you provided during our stay at your hotel, and we wish you continued success.

Everything was so beautiful

It is a nice hotel, especially in terms of location, but it would be much better if the room cleaning was done a little more frequently.

Although the exterior and lobby of the hotel look very modern, unfortunately the rooms are very neglected and far below expectations. It is difficult to breathe due to the intense cigarette smell in the rooms and inadequate ventilation. In addition, it is impossible to relax due to the noise of live music that lasts until 12 at night. It is definitely not worth paying this fee just for its central location; those looking for comfort and hygiene should stay away.

We stayed for 2 nights, the staff was friendly, our room was clean. The location is good, we only had parking problems. Since it was a tourist area, it was very crowded. Maybe the breakfast could have been a little more diverse, other than that you'll be satisfied. There was also a kettle and mini refrigerator in the room. It was pleasant to sit on the terrace.

Being located close to Ayazma was a great advantage for us. We did not come by car, transportation within the city was quite easy. There were minibuses constantly and you could reach the center in 5 minutes. The breakfast was very nice and we would like to thank Gürcan for his interest.
