It is a big hotel in a very central location. When we went there, the number of guests was low, there was always cleaning staff on the floor, but there was a lot of dust in the rooms, the windows of the hotel urgently needed cleaning, the pool area could be more hygienic, there was a bad smell, the thermal pool area is pitch black, the logic of the thermal pool is not to be dark, it is healing for diseases, and in a place with such hot water, it should not pose a danger to the eyes, you can make the sun lounger section dim if you want, but the pool section is bright. In addition, the pools need revision, there are yellow and rusty stains on the tiles. The price is a bit too high for this facility.

Especially the staff was very attentive, this made me very happy, it is a hotel that I can recommend to everyone..

Denize sıfır konumda olan tesisin odaları , odalardan kullanılan malzemeleri yeterli ve kaliteli. Tek sıkıntı personelin buz gibi olması....sabah bir" günaydın" yada otelden ayrılırken bir "iyi yolculuklar " demek bu kadar zor olmamalı

It was very nice, actually I liked it a lot, only one socket in the bathroom was not working, the rest was fine, I will definitely choose it when I come to Adana again.

The employees are very thoughtful and kind. We liked the breakfast very much. We used SPA services and I can say that we were satisfied.

We requested a large double bed during the hotel reservation, but our back hurt when we got together because the 2 single beds moved together. Also, the air conditioner in the room was not working, we told the staff, they came and looked at it, they could not do it, they said they would look at it when the night people came, but no one came, even though we said that the temperature of the radiators in the room was cold, the radiators were very slightly open, we slept cold all night, I definitely do not recommend it.
