In terms of location, 5 stars are given only for the location in the center of Altınkum. However, the hotel facilities were very bad. It is not a hotel to stay more than 1 night. As stated in all other comments, there was absolutely no contact person. We were kept waiting for half an hour at the entrance due to room cleaning. When we went to the room, the mini-fridge was not working, the TV was not working, there was not even a glass of water to drink in the room. The facilities were bad, we left without participating in the breakfast, but we did not think so because we saw that the facilities were very good. Unfortunately, it is not a comfort and family hotel where you can have a long holiday.
