The employees were nice, friendly and attentive, but if you are looking for hygiene, I would never recommend it. The rooms were dirty, there was not even a soap, shampoo, toothbrush inside. If you talk about noise, it was worse than a 4-star hotel, as apart from the loud noises from the surroundings until midnight, the customers inside the hotel were rushing into the corridors, etc. I think those who give good comments have probably never seen a hotel or it is because of the attention of the staff.
