We used the hotel for airport transfer, but the air conditioning was not working in the first room we stayed in, then we moved to another room. The hotel was very dirty, the seats were stained, bed hair, hairs on the pillow, cockroaches in the bathroom, it was a terrible night for me. The hotel is more suitable for those who come for a few hours of entertainment rather than a family hotel, or it is used that way, I think I will never use it again.

The reception staff were definitely forced to sit down. He acted sullenly and rudely, even when we wanted to see the content of our extra payments, including not greeting us at check-in and check-out. It was an unprofessional staff. As a company, this will be a hotel we will never choose again. We had no problems with the cleaning and cafe side.

Everyone, from the reception to the cleaning staff, is friendly, polite and caring. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. A perfect price performance hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel has nothing to do with the picture, you can count my unwashed pillowcase, one side is crooked, my squeaky bed, my stinky refrigerator that doesn't work, they put a double duvet cover on a single winter duvet, it's honestly the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life.
