The hotel is a place that I have always preferred and stayed in with confidence and pleasure. However, I did not understand the amount charged under the name of 5% tip commission at the first entrance and no information was given about it in advance. When I said I had no knowledge about it, I was told that it was an application that has been carried out for 2 months and you do not have this information because you are staying through the application.
