We felt really comfortable and special during our stay. The entire team was extremely friendly, caring and helpful. The hotel's location, cleanliness, food, Turkish bath and sauna services were very good. Especially the lagoon pool (hot pool) at the hotel was great. This pool would be absolutely perfect when it's snowing outdoors :)) Thank you very much to everyone who contributed to this beautiful experience.

I was not satisfied with where I stayed. There were no slippers in the room, the child had food, they did not heat it. We asked for needle and thread, but they did not bring it. There is no wale in the huge hotel. I don't know, they say park the car in the back. It was a ridiculous hotel
