It is in a nice location, close to everywhere, the breakfast is good, the employees are very attentive, if I go again, I would prefer it again.

We were very pleased with the hotel we stayed in during Ramadan Feast. The attention and friendliness of the staff was excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the materials used were outstanding. Food was delicious. Thank you.

The location is beautiful. The employees are friendly and caring. However, it does not physically look like a 4-star hotel. Sound insulation is not very good. It's already on the street. I always heard noise until late hours. Bad for those who are disturbed by noise while lying down. All in all, a medium quality place.

The hotel is very bad. There is no service. The rooms were not cleaned. We were not satisfied with the hotel at all

We were not satisfied. No one came to show us the room. Moreover, the room was not ready when we arrived. We asked for an extra bed. We stayed in the king suite for the children, but the towels smelled and the toilet did not look like it had been cleaned for us. There were two half-litres of water in the mini bar, not even a cup. There were two TVs with paper cups. One of them was working. There were flies on most of the food in the breakfast area.

We were extremely disturbed and had difficulty sleeping due to the use of two separate mattresses for the double bed and the splashing sound coming from the attic throughout the night. I don't think I will choose it again.

Service was good except the bath

Everything was so good that we extended our stay for 1 more day. The food, staff, cleanliness and attention are truly top notch. I would like to thank each and every employee, from the friends working in the lobby to the friends working in cleaning.
