There is a serious parking problem. Cleanliness and hygiene are poor.

They have a very nice team, they were friendly and helpful in everything, I was very pleased, I would like to stay again.

We were extremely satisfied and even did not want to leave the hotel. The attitude of the staff was perfect with its delicious and varied breakfast, its view and its cleanliness.

I was very pleased, I would like to go again, only the food prices could be more affordable.

The jacuzzi water flowed very slowly and warmly. The air conditioner did not work and did not blow hot air. Many features in the room, most of which should be actively working, are not working or are broken. We hired them because they had a spa, but when we got there, we learned that they had no staff and they presented events that I would rarely encounter in my life, in a whole. And it was not pleasant at all to turn off the hot water and wake up to the sound of the masters in the morning while the stay was continuing.

It is a really nice hotel in terms of location and cleanliness. The staff in the lobby are really nice.

The location of the hotel is good, the cleanliness is okay, the only problem is that it uses the same balcony as the room next door and the balcony door does not lock. When I reported this, there was no problem until now. It made us nervous. The air conditioner in the room is old, but it works for its own sake. They said that a mini-closet in the hotel is paid, we did not need it, but the closet was in the room.
