It's a clean and nice hotel, I was very pleased.

It was good even though the season had not started

The cleaning was very bad, the room was very dusty and neglected, the WC flush was broken, the breakfast was not bad, other than that it was bad, the bed was dirty and poorly maintained, it was not worth the price I paid, all the noise from the upstairs was in the room, I was not satisfied.

I was given a very bad room on the ground floor, saying I would upgrade your room.

It is a good hotel considering its price performance, only some attention should be paid to the ventilation of the rooms..

The kindness and respect of the hotel staff was wonderful. The breakfast was sufficient and the rooms were clean. When you want cleaning, they do it right away. The location is in a very good place. I will choose it again next year. The fact that it was affordable was enough for me not to choose other hotels, but of course I also thought about whether it was clean or decent. It was very clean and adequate. The toilet and sink, which are only available in single-occupancy rooms, are very problematic. Our heads keep hitting the sink shelf while we wash our faces. They need to fix it because it is a very dangerous situation.

Thermal spring pools are very beneficial for health. The facility was clean, but the baskets that wore out or broke down due to use and the equipment that needed to be replaced were left as they were. This is annoying for the user. Don't have too high expectations.
