Reception and breakfast staff were friendly. Breakfast was sufficient. The location was in a central place very close to the clock tower. The prices are affordable, but a solution must be found for the broken dryer, the smell and noise coming from the room (there are bars under the building), torn towels, and the rusty kettle.

In general, the hotel is very small, the garden etc. is small, the furniture of the hotel can be improved.

I couldn't rest because the check-out time was 11.

The hotel was very nice, a sweet little boutique hotel. It is 5 minutes away from Çeşme marina, in a very central location. There is a magnificent sea view from the balcony. It is very pleasant, very clean and the owners are very attentive. They try to provide all the facilities to make your holiday enjoyable. There is a lodge beach right next to the hotel, although it is a public beach, it is very clean. There are minibuses going to almost every part of Çeşme within a 10-minute walking distance. Hotel rooms are not suitable for Turkish/Muslim culture at all. The bathroom design is not conducive to privacy. The bathroom does not have a door, the shower and toilet doors are made of frosted glass and are open at the bottom. Privacy was not respected at all. The construction quality of the hotel is zero compared to the number of stars it has received. Whatever you put your hands on, it shakes loosely and brokenly. I guess the hotel doesn't have a technical team, and if it does, it doesn't do its job well. Breakfast is poor compared to the number of stars. The service is inadequate. In summary, the hotel deserves only three stars, but definitely not five stars.
