The hotel is poorly managed. There are hygiene and personnel problems. The financial inadequacies of the owners are reflected on the customers. The elevator was going to the wrong floors and was broken. Then, while they were trying to fix it, they broke it completely on Sunday. When leaving the hotel, I had to carry my 30 kilo suitcase up the stairs from my room on the 5th floor. It was a really bad experience. There are no facilities other than water and tea. There isn't even a closet in the rooms. We used our suitcase as a locker.
