I was very pleased with the staff and the service I received. Thank you. I would like to stay at the same hotel again.

Everything was fine except the internet service

The fact that the air conditioner is in the hotel space causes it to make excessive noise. The cleanliness is not very good, the wet area was not maintained, the urinal was broken.

Thank you very much to everyone, they made me have a wonderful holiday... Everyone was friendly and respectful, the cleaning location is number 10, especially the animation team was great, they took good care of us and the children, thank you all... This is our second visit to Lova. We had a wonderful short holiday. Clean, secluded, relaxing. Beautiful faces of the staff, fresh and delicious food. We will definitely come back soon.

I can say that it is the only place where you can stay comfortably without looking anywhere else in terms of location. I was very pleased. There is also valet service. The breakfast was very good. Everything was very good.
