Türkmen Konağı Butik Otel

I don't have anything to say about the hotel. It's a hotel we go to often, but the bed was terrible, the middle collapsed and I couldn't sleep until the morning.

The hotel has a good location in terms of location, Efes is plump and has a unique wine as an alcoholic beverage :) We asked for French fries at lunch time and the answer we got was that the kitchen is closed, let's come to the room, the air conditioner does not cool, there is a TV but there are no channels, the mini bar was not cool. I had to stay 1 day in the hotel for which I paid for 3 days.

Friendly and sincere, like a home guest

The staff tried to accommodate us in the best possible way, but the rooms and the hotel definitely need renovation.

They reserved a suite room due to availability, which is a plus in terms of customer satisfaction. There is nothing else to say, but there was no garbage bag in the room... Personally, I experienced the lack of it because I have a habit of tidying up the places I go out and throwing away the garbage. Maybe they normally put it there, but maybe they didn't come across it. anyway 10/10

This place is like a family home. Warm and sincere. Since I was staying as a single person, the room size was perfect. I had a wonderful 4 days, thank you.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very attentive, I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone..
