The room was very nice and clean. It was just like in the photos. However, on the last day, since we were leaving in the morning, they cut off the water and we left the hotel without even brushing our teeth. We stayed for 2 nights. The hot pool was cooler on the second night than the first night, so we couldn't use it much. They may have turned off the heater because we were going out again. That's why I deducted points. Apart from these, we went with my wife and we were satisfied.

When I went there on April 18, the reception at the 4-12 shift was very good at first, but when I told them that the air conditioner was faulty, they did not find any solution and did not even come and look at the room. He said, "I can't change your room. There is no room with the same criteria." After a while, I decided to find a solution when it was cold and a new staff came after 12 o'clock and gave us a lot of solutions. Thank you, I can change your room if you want and the same room is available. Additionally, if the air conditioner is not working, I can direct an electric heater to your room, he said and directed me. This is the real staff, congratulations. My comment about the hotel is that it is starting to get old day by day and it is obviously not maintained. It is obvious that even the windows outside have not been cleaned since it was opened. I always choose this place because of its good location, but I think I won't choose it anymore, I will come and go from Inegöl during furniture fair times...
