Hot water and room heating are very poor. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.

I had a wonderful Ramadan holiday❤️

The first room given to us was not clean and there was no TV remote control. Fortunately, they quickly solved it and gave us the new room. This time, there was an opening under the balcony door of the new room and cold air was coming in. We had to put towels on it, but it was cleaner than the other room. They said they were there 24/7, but when we entered, there was no one at the reception, so a stranger could have entered, I am not sure about security. The beds in the rooms were made every day. I think if they fix the cleaning, hygiene and deficiencies, it will be a more efficient f/p hotel. It's okay. I don't have a comment because I haven't tried the breakfast :)

It is a clean and beautiful hotel. I left satisfied in every respect.

The armchairs and bed bottoms were very dirty, there was hair everywhere, it would be better if they showed it a little more privately.

The location is super elite, the place to go on holiday with your family, the food is delicious and the varieties are sufficient.

I would like to thank Mr. Yusuf and his team, the sisters in the kitchen, it was a friendly place, like a family atmosphere, I was very pleased.

I went on a business trip, I was welcomed very nicely, all my needs were met without me having to ask for anything, all details were taken into consideration. I had a very comfortable stay.
