A very good hotel

The staff was very attentive and polite. The location was nice, the rooms were very clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast was insufficient, of poor quality and tasteless. Next time I come, I will choose it as a room only.

It is necessary to make some effort to find staff at the hotel who will speak Turkish and explain your problems. The number of staff who speak Russian is higher. In order for customers to spend time comfortably in common areas, some effort is required in terms of both cleanliness and seating groups. Beverage quality is good, lobby bar is stylish. Bartenders are helpful. But people are looking for a snack to accompany their drinks in the ultra all-inclusive concept. The sea is dirty. Food quality remained mediocre. There is a lot of variety, but there are few fresh products to eat. I stayed in another hotel during the same week and did not encounter any flies etc. However, in Armas Kaplan Paradise, there was a fly problem both in the room, in the restaurant and in all common areas. A solution needs to be found for this. There is a disco hour, but at that time they take you to a disco in the center of Kemer, asking for the fee. Those who will come for night entertainment should come accordingly. The staff at the spa is very insistent on selling massages. It was disturbing. There is a hotel management approach and the facility is actually nice, but there is still a way to go for customer satisfaction.

The staff is indifferent, there is supposedly breakfast but when you leave there is no bread or tea.

It was a nice hotel, but it was not very good in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. It could be a buffet, but the plates, forks and spoons were stained, the bathroom and the toilet were not very clean.
