The hotel is very nice with everything, the food, the variety, the cleaning staff, the only thing that needs improvement in my opinion is the sandy beach, it could be a little wider.

The rooms are not safe. The doors are difficult to close. It doesn't lock. The hotel is very neglected. I definitely wouldn't prefer it.

We were generally pleased with the hotel. The thermal and general pools were large enough and we liked them. Food variety was a bit limited. The only problem is that they immediately ask for the fee for every activity and extra you benefit from. There is no way to add it to the room account. For example, we said to add the cost of the alcoholic beverage we drank during dinner to the room, but it was not added. We did not like that there is no POS device on the table, we have to go and pay from the cash register. Other than that, we were pleased with our holiday, thank you.
