All the staff were friendly and attentive. Valet and parking available. Centrally located.

In one word, it is very inadequate, it can be as visual as it wants, but cleanliness is the first priority, cleanliness is disgusting.

The hotel feels like a holiday village, the rooms are close to the sea, and it is easy to reach everywhere. Beverage quality is bad except coca cola group, tuborg beer, izmir blue raki. Wines are like vinegar. A fruit juice-like drink is available in the mini bar in the rooms! No drinks other than water and soda are allowed. The food was diverse, especially the snack bar was very successful, döner, pita and pancakes were very delicious. The hotel's managers and chefs are at work and monitoring. There are no Turks in the mini club and animation team. At least more Turkish announcements can be made for understanding. Thank you to the entire team for your efforts.

Great for solo travelers or couples in terms of location and price. It is very good that it also has a tavern and cafe. The attention of all the staff, especially the friendly Ms. Nimet, is simply perfect. Be sure to visit. There was only one drawback, and I think it was due to the room I stayed in. It had no windows. If you're just going to sleep like me, it's okay. It is recommended.

Based on the comments I read, I had bad expectations when I went to this hotel, which I had visited in my childhood, after a long time, but when I went to the hotel, there was nothing that bothered me except the crowd. The restaurant capacity does not accommodate the number of guests hosted, which unfortunately causes disruptions in service. For example, it is impossible to find a table to sit at during meal times. That's why meal times are treated as if you were going to war and you are caught in the middle of chaos. Although hygiene is generally good, it is low due to the crowd and chaos in the dining area. I can't count how many times we served food from the open buffet. Unfortunately, the customer profile was not a respectful profile that prioritized hygiene. Additionally, the elevator has also had its share of crowds. It's nobody's turn. Long story short, it is a perfect price performance hotel. My family and I left generally satisfied. I would like to thank Ms. Betül in public relations and Ms. Beyza in the kids club for their interest and concern for our children.

We came with a friend, we were satisfied and we will consider coming again.
