Everything was perfect. Breakfast, service and staff were very good and very helpful. But the bed was very, very hard, it was like I was sleeping on a stone. Other than that everything was perfect.

We liked everything. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Air conditioners work great. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The refrigerator is a little noisy, but it cools well. We were very pleased with the hotel's location close to Bursa's main tourist attractions. Thanks to the hotel staff for their excellent service.
