Hello, we were generally satisfied with our stay at the hotel. First of all, the employees were kind and caring, the pool was clean, the park and green areas around it were very nice and sufficient. We also liked the breakfast served in the morning, it was very satisfying and sufficient. It was a quiet and family atmosphere inside the facility. Whenever we needed anything, we were helped immediately. The only point I would criticize is that there were many dogs in the facility, my wife and children were very disturbed when entering and exiting the house, because the dogs often lay on the roads leading to the house and occasionally barked and disturbed them. Okay, we all love animals, but some people may be scared and uncomfortable, and this should not be ignored. The wifi connection was disconnecting a lot, but it worked for us in the end. We were there with my brother and it was an incredibly enjoyable holiday. The friendly staff, the food, the entertainment, the comfort of the rooms were a unique experience. We will definitely come again. Also, we really liked the gesture made at the entrance. We would also like to thank Ms. Serap at the security, Mr. Ahmet and Koray at the bar for their interest :) it was enjoyable to be in nature.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very central, which is great. Parking is limited and I also got a traffic ticket after the ballet parked my car on a pedestrian crossing. When I requested this penalty fee, I normally reserved a standard room for 2 people, but they took us to a sea view room, so let's count the penalty accordingly. Also, the friend at the reception said that breakfast was until 10.30. When we went down to breakfast at 10 o'clock, they told us that the breakfast was closed and turned us away. Afterwards, when we came after having breakfast outside, we saw our vehicle on the pedestrian crossing. By the way, he has a very bad breakfast.

The location of the hotel is close to Marmara Sea and bus stops, regular cleaning is done every day, tea bags, coffee and water are offered in the room. The room is a bit small, I asked for a desk, they helped by making a small change in the layout of the room, I had a long stay and was generally satisfied.

The spa was very bad, the staff were indifferent and rude. There were no bowls to wash in the bath. Indoor children's pool was cold. The food oozed quality. I want a refund.
