Especially noisy and old air conditioners negatively affect a comfortable accommodation experience. There are also serious deficiencies in terms of service quality. Although the staff tries to help, the overall service is poor. Most of the time there is no one at the reception and you have to call to reach someone. Security is also a weak point; It is unclear who entered and exited through the back door. Additionally, there is no signage at the rear entrance where the parking lot is located, which can be confusing for those who first arrive at the hotel. Unfortunately, cleaning standards are very low. It is necessary to remind many times for daily cleaning; Even linen and towel changes are made upon insistence. Dirty air conditioner filters reveal lack of care in hygiene. In summary, this hotel definitely does not deserve the stars and price it receives. The management approach resembles a dormitory rather than a hotel. Therefore, it is definitely not suitable for families and guests with children.
