The hotel is definitely not worthy of being 5 stars. The shower cabins were rusty, old and leaking water. The metal products in all the rooms were rusty and falling apart. Breakfast consisted of incredibly poor quality products. The seats were covered in dirt and stains. Even the marks on the walls were not erased. The thermal pool area smelled very bad and was full of moss and had not been maintained at all. When we arrived at the lobby of the facility, it was no different from a 3-star hotel. Towels and sheets were very clean, but other than that, there is nothing positive to say. It is a place where I would not choose to stay for another day, and in addition, it did not have the comfort and conditions of a 5-star hotel in any country or city I have experienced before. The attendants were decent.

There were some deficiencies in the bathrooms, but they were provided immediately when we requested. It would be better if a little more care was taken, especially with hygiene materials. Other than that, everything was fine.

We were very pleased with our one night stay and breakfast.

I am generally satisfied with the hotel I choose

I think the hotel was very satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, location, taste and price performance. The owners are very sweet people, it's a family business, I forgot to ask the name, they helped us with everything we needed, they took care of whatever we needed for breakfast at the bar, thank you. In general, the only negative comment I can make is that the shower and toilet area were really small, we had difficulty taking a shower. Frankly, the toilet area was very narrow, other than that, everything was very nice.
