The rooms are bad, I saw the sliding toilet door for the first time. It didn't have the quality I expected. I won't go to this hotel again.

Incredibly unhygienic. Definitely won't stay again. The room smells like it hasn't been washed for months. The beds are not comfortable, the TV doesn't work, and the sheets smell of cigarette smoke.

We stayed at this hotel with my family on November 7, everything was very nice, the staff was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness and hygiene of the room was excellent and we were very pleased.

A beautiful boutique hotel.

Everything was very enjoyable, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. My only negative comment about the hotel is a friend called BURAK, who works at the reception. He is a know-it-all and tries not to help with anything. He is a tiring personality with poor diction and needs training in customer-employee relations. :( I recommend that the authorities take precautions as soon as possible.

The hotel is very good, but rust leaked from the tap. I wish they would close it during the renovation period, but can you stay? If the renovation is finished, stay there without thinking.
