Tiara Thermal & Spa Hotel

Everything was fine. The staff was attentive and friendly. I recommend it to everyone.

It is a very good hotel for the price and performance, but there is a rude, anti-smiling employee working in the spa. Except for him, the staff is polite. The rooms of the hotel are very noisy, as it is at the intersection, so definitely come, the hotel is very nice, the pool, breakfast etc.

It is a hotel where we prefer to stay when we visit regularly. The attention of the staff, breakfast, room cleaning, everything is very nice, the location is in a good place, there is also a thermal pool, sauna, Turkish bath and steam room, so you can have a pleasant time.

First of all, the staff helps as much as they can. I was very pleased with the breakfast. There was a lot of variety. Since it is a thermal hotel, I expected the sauna to work. The Turkish Bath and thermal pool were sufficient and clean. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is old, but daily cleaning was done regularly. The pool was very large and beautiful, but since it did not have enough ventilation, it could not be used for more than 15 minutes. The breakfast was very good, the employees were very polite. The shower fountains of the pool in the room we stayed in need to be overhauled. In general, we were satisfied. It is close to the center of Bursa, easy to reach.
