Royal Capital Hotel

Even though I wanted a double bed, a sponge was placed between two single beds to make it look like a double bed. The bathroom door was glass and all sides were open, top and bottom, we were disturbed by both the smell and the sound of water. The entire room was covered with carpet, no matter how much it was cleaned, I did not find it hygienically appropriate. There was no view from the room, it was like we stayed in a closed box.

We came to the hotel deceived by the comments. It is obvious that the comments were not made by the users, I think all my friends made nice comments. We were given room number 605. As soon as we opened the door, the smell of dampness hit our faces. You can also see moisture residue on the walls when you enter. We requested a room change. In the next room, the smell of cigarette smoke spread throughout the room. The room literally smelled like an ashtray. Cleaning sucks. They already put ashtrays in the rooms, literally for smoking purposes. It is not a place where families can enter and stay. We entered the hotel at 10 in the evening and had to leave 3 hours later because we could not sleep because of the smell. We were embarrassed to look for another hotel at 1 am. We were amazed at how it got 3 stars because it is not a cheap hotel and is not given such bad rooms. They did not approve of a refund. Disappointment.

I loved the service, the staff is friendly and caring, I highly recommend it.

When we made the reservation, we specifically chose this hotel because it had a bath, but when we went, they said that the bath was not built yet, but it was in the visuals. In short, we couldn't use it because there was no bath, and we wanted a double bed. The bed was two single beds, one high and the other low, so we always fell in the middle. The staff did not mention any facilities such as wifi etc. Breakfast was nice
