The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Ms. Aslı at the reception was very caring and sympathetic. The only problem is that the sound insulation in the rooms is inadequate, and since it is a hotel close to the street, the noise is a bit loud. We did not experience any external problems and were generally satisfied.
