It was a nice and successful hotel. It was sufficient in every sense. The breakfast, thermal pool, sauna, Turkish bath, etc. was quiet and nice. The breakfast was various, fresh and good. It had everything. Our room was large, spacious and most importantly clean. The staff in every department was attentive. There are only some problems with sound insulation, but it is tolerable.

Hello ; We had the chance to stay as 3 people, my 2 small children and I. We stayed for 2 nights with half board concept. There were 2 single beds side by side in our room, which was enough for us. All the employees were very attentive, friendly and relevant, the facility was clean as it should be, the spa pool, Turkish bath etc. were very nice, there was a small cute playground, the breakfast was open buffet and it was a lounge with enough options, it was very spacious. Even though the dinner is not an open buffet, there are 10 different options in each category such as starter, main course, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage. You can choose one and complete the menu. There are very good options, by the way, it is nicer to have it this way instead of an open buffet. You really feel like you are eating in a restaurant. It is very convenient that there is no open buffet in the lounge where the meal is eaten, which is very elegant. In my opinion, the only problem is that since I went with children, the food did not arrive immediately, because those who have children know that especially if you have children who do not eat, you have to put it in immediately at that moment to prevent hunger, it did not come on the first evening, but it came very late on the second evening, maybe it was normal, but children do not know what it is to wait, can they be given priority in this regard, I think the management can evaluate it. On a different note, we had a unique problem: my son fell off the bed and his eyebrow hit the sharp end of the nightstand and opened. Thank God, there is no problem, but maybe safer rooms should be provided for guests with children, which is a thinkable issue for the management. It may happen that children fall, but it could be worse, it could happen to someone else's child, and I'm sure not every guest would behave like me. Thank you to the staff for their attention, but this short trip would have remained a better memory if it had never happened. To sum up, as a native of Bursa, I think it is one of the top hotels in terms of half-board concept, cleanliness and location, and you should not hesitate to choose it. See you again at the first opportunity.

Our stay at the hotel was generally positive. The variety offered at dinner was quite wide, with options to appeal to every palate. However, I would like to point out that it did not fully meet our expectations in terms of taste. Despite this, the friendly, caring and professional approach of the staff significantly enhanced our experience. The importance they gave to guest satisfaction was clearly felt. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, especially the staff service was admirable.

Hello, overall we were very pleased. There should be a little more variety at breakfast and attention should be paid to the hygiene conditions of the breakfast open buffet. There were tongs that everyone was holding on the cheeses, because there was no place to put them and the tables were very close together. There must be access to the car park from within the hotel.

I made a reservation at the hotel by looking at the comments on the internet. Not only was the service provided poor quality in terms of price, the food was very bad, especially for a 5-star hotel, and even though it was on a holiday, I was very disappointed. Same food for 3 days, same desserts, no taste at all. The thermal pool was very small and very crowded during the Ramadan holiday, and there were no sunbeds to sit or lie on. It's a pity for the price I paid.

I would like to thank each and every one of them for all the nice and quality services provided by all the staff. They helped us have a nice holiday with my family. The service quality is truly praiseworthy. I now have an address in Bursa. I don't like to make recommendations, but this is a hotel to be recommended. Thank you again.

I was very pleased with my stay overall. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was truly delicious. It was also very nice to have various options in the spa area, such as thermal pools, adventure shower room, snow and steam room. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Our room, which had only two separate beds, was a little narrow, but other than that, I was satisfied with everything.
