When we checked in, the friend at the reception was on the phone and made us wait for about 6-7 minutes. We came from a long way and encountered a very ridiculous situation.

The rooms were not very clean. There was a mixed smell of mold and cigarettes.

I couldn't sleep because of the cigarette smell. Sound insulation sucks

The hotel was very clean, the staff are trying to help in everything. I can say that it was close to everywhere in Bursa, I recommend it to people who are considering accommodation.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside in the rooms. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise and we could not feel comfortable.

We stayed with my family and it was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the attention of the staff.

The facility is very good in terms of price, but there was a smell in the room we stayed in and in the bathroom. Even though we only stayed one night, this bothered us. This issue needs to be paid attention to.

We moved to a double room. Even though we booked a room with a child, they did not provide a bed for the child and they said that this was normal and within the reservation rules. The staff was a bit sullen, other than that, the hotel was fine.
