It was very nice, I was satisfied. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate and even too much for me. Thermal has a nice massage staff, they are all caring and talented.

The rooms are very dirty, the doors are broken, the breakfast is a disgrace, tea cups are used in cardboard cups and wooden stirrers are used. You cannot find anything to eat in the hotel except breakfast. I went with my wife and child and we were miserable. I would definitely say don't try it...
