The location is great. We were happy to meet the helpful staff from the moment we entered the hotel. It was great to be able to go to our room even though we went early. The friend at the reception was very attentive and helpful, we will come again ;)

The hotel's location, cleanliness and quality. Beautiful. The only problem is the flies at breakfast... We stayed for 3 days. I warned 3 times in vain... And the hot menus were always cold. Boiled eggs, cold eggs in a pan, cold sausage...

We liked everything. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Air conditioners work great. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The refrigerator is a little noisy, but it cools well. We were very pleased with the hotel's location close to Bursa's main tourist attractions. Thanks to the hotel staff for their excellent service.
