The facility was excellent

It is an old hotel, they renovated it so beautifully that I think it is very valuable without damaging it at all..

The operators were very attentive and we were satisfied.

We went to the hotel just to sleep after visiting Ayder plateau. However, there were always dead insects on the ground. In other words, it had never been cleaned, those insects died before us, obviously that room needs to be cleaned for new accommodation. In the bed, dead insects came out from under the pillows. We killed 4 or 5 insects in the room. The location of the hotel is bad. We came by car, but transportation up the hill was by walking. You can leave your car in the parking lot at the entrance of Ayder and come to the road with the free shuttle service, but this information is never given and we searched for a parking lot for 30 minutes. Everyone talks about getting a shuttle service parked in a parking lot, but people who come to Ayder for the first time cannot find these places as they are looking for. The staff was friendly, but they are not enough. Frankly, we went just to sleep without paying much attention, but we couldn't sleep at night because of the pollution. It's not a place we would choose over the second one.

I am very pleased with the hotel, I have been staying here every time I come to Istanbul for 3 years.

I thought breakfast was included. There was no breakfast, they asked for extra money in the morning, we had to do it outside.

Very outdated hotel and not enough staff

I can say that there are deficiencies in terms of cleanliness. The cleaning and maintenance materials left for guests to use at the hotel were very few compared to other equivalent hotels. I expected there to be supplies like toothbrushes and toothpaste. The staff and co-workers are very polite, caring and helpful. Thank you all.
