The furnishings in the kitchen, the kitchen counter, could have been better. Breakfast could have been served with hot tea. We were given shaken tea. We brewed it with hot water. The tea shop's interior was covered in limescale. The bathroom tap was leaking water everywhere. We were also satisfied.

I can give 4.5 out of 5 points. The cleanliness of the hotel, the hot water ventilation in the rooms is very successful, I deducted half a point from the breakfast, it was not bad, but it could have been better.

We had a very quiet and enjoyable night, everything is as seen in the photos, the manager Mr. Koray is a friendly gentleman, I would definitely recommend it.

There is no personal soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. There is a push-button soap dispenser (like those in public toilets) that dispenses liquid soap when pressed. You are a huge 4 star hotel. Keep small necessities ready in your rooms. The earwax I spent was not replaced. There was no washcloth left in the bathroom. The whole problem lies with our housekeeper friends...
