A nice comfortable hotel.

Far from city center. The upper floor rooms in the newly built building are very hot. If the pressure is insufficient, the bathroom is clogged. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor. The toilet and sink were dirty. Bath towels were torn. The minibar works when you enter the room and the water in it becomes hot. There was hair on the bed. When I called and told the reception, I only got the answer that I will report it. Nothing was done to ensure customer satisfaction. It was said that the sheets are washed outside, this should not be an excuse. It has a pool. Breakfast is served at the restaurant near the pool, but it is very hot inside and there is insufficient air conditioning. Breakfast was also ok. Unfortunately I won't come again.

Cleanliness, hygiene, service is superb

Our room smells very bad, the toilet, the bathroom, the inside of the cabinets are dusty.
