The location of the hotel is very good in terms of Göreme center. The view of the hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give information about places to visit and tours. The rooms were very nice, warm and comfortable.

The room was very clean, but there were 2 shortcomings.. 1. It was very cold, we had to leave the hotel at 2 o'clock, which was supposed to be at 7.. 2. The water was flowing very little, there was a problem in the shower.
