Portofino Hotel

It is very nice, clean, the employees are very respectful and caring, there is only one thing they lack, hot water is either provided at certain hours, or in the room we stayed in there was a break in the evening, it was always cold at other times, but overall I was satisfied.

All the employees were very good and attentive, we were very satisfied.

The rooms are as seen in the pictures, very nicely decorated and new, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom, toilet and room cleanliness were good, only lighting sconces and coffee tables, tables etc. It was a little dusty when I first entered. It would be good to draw attention to this and have the employees pay a little more attention to these places. In this way, I could give 5 stars in the comment. The restaurant is nice and big, I didn't try the food but the breakfast was nice. I stayed for two nights for business purposes, I booked a standard room, it did not have a balcony, terrace etc., when I checked in, they said that they had moved my room choice to a room with a terrace, since there was room availability. I would like to thank those concerned for this gesture.

Prices are a little high

We were very pleased, the staff was very attentive, we would like to stay again.

The hotel is generally a nice and decent place, but its walls transmit a lot of noise. The people in our next room talked until the morning, the sound came directly to our room, we could not sleep.
