Neko Hotel

Everything was great. This place has been our choice for 2 years. It is quiet and easy to reach. Thank you for everything.

Overall it was clean and comfortable

We suffered an electric shock in the minibar at the hotel.

We saw the photos on the application and made a reservation. We chose a room for 3 people, they put the portable bed in a room for 2 people at the entrance, where there is no bed space!!! When we said it wasn't like that in the photo, they said they took you to a large room. It looked like a hostel. We were cold, we asked for a blanket and they sent us a blanket. It is listed as deluxe, but it only has pool and sea facilities. Even if you don't get all-inclusive, there is no need for a wristband or card. The room was full of disappointment

It was very bad, the room was dirty, the hotel was dirty, the food was terrible, it was my biggest regret.

We came as a couple. We stayed for 3 nights. We were very pleased. The staff is very friendly from A to Z. The room was extremely useful and spacious. It is 2 minutes away from Goreme center by car. You can watch the balloons from your bed in the morning. The breakfast met our expectations. The only problem was that there was a bad smell in the toilet.

Thank you for everything, since I did not know Ankara, I researched it from afar and had a hard time getting convinced and made a reservation. I did not regret it at all. It was very good. I left very happy.
