It looks like a 5 star hotel, but it doesn't have any 5 star hotel performance. There should be travel kits in the rooms, but there weren't. One of the most important things is that there is no medicine cabinet, simply a hotel without band-aids. There should be a roadside assistance kit for the vehicle. A hotel like Istanbul should be in a tourist city. Tire burst in the parking lot and no help was given
