Magna Manastır Hotel

Overall, it was a nice holiday, it was a nice hotel, we had a pleasant time, we even wanted to extend it. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. The only problem for us was the restaurant part. On our first evening, our food arrived after nearly 45 minutes, even though we informed many waiters. The next morning they said that they could not serve the hot breakfast for breakfast, which seemed ridiculous. On another evening, they told us that they had run out of fish again. And I didn't like the cleanliness of the restaurant as much as the rooms. This is not a big problem, we really liked our hotel and our holiday. They just need to protect themselves in the dining area. It can be a bit of a problem to say no to customers like me who lose their energy when they get hungry or to bring them very late. Other than that, there was no problem :)

The location of the hotel is great.. It is a hotel by the sea.. I found the food absolutely delicious.. I can say that it is a perfect retreat hotel in the olive groves.. We had a great time with my 5-year-old son and my wife..

The hotel looks like it has been renovated, but it gives the feeling that everything will remain in its hands. It's an extremely noisy place, the sound insulation is zero anyway, if the next room was breathing you would hear it. The refrigerator wasn't working, half of the bed had collapsed. We were 3 people with our child, but there was only a double bed in the room. There was no place to put it if we wanted to. He probably wasn't on the mobile bed. We slept in a bed that was half collapsed. There is nothing attractive about it other than its location.

The location is bad, the cleanliness is very good, the price is very expensive, the hotel is very large and spacious, the staff is attentive.

I've heard of it before but never stayed there. It was a very nice holiday, regardless of its location, the meticulousness and friendliness of the staff.

The welcome could be better. We don't know what kind of questions the visitors are experiencing. That's why I think the reception should be mature.

Everything was perfect, I was very pleased.
