A hygienic environment with friendly staff

It was said that there was wifi on every floor, but only the lobby wifi at the entrance was working and was constantly disconnecting. There were no sockets next to the bed, and when I turned on the air conditioner, it sounded like a tractor was running. The hotel is not very bad, just the products in the rooms are very old and poorly designed.
