They are not good at cleaning. Instead of being solution-oriented, they defend the wrong. There was a sewer smell in our room. Our insistence turned into a short resistance. Finally they changed our room.

I can say that it is the best hotel you have ever been to. I would like to thank you.

The hotel is very nice, but the food is not that good, in fact, I can say that we did not enjoy any of the meals. All the sherbet desserts were hazelnuts. For a 5-star hotel, pistachios could have been used. The animation team was not very good. We did not see anything different every day. The staff are friendly and nice. The bartenders are close to closing. It is obvious from their attitude and behavior that they do not want to serve. The food and beverage manager of the hotel is a gentleman with a beard and sparse hair. He was a very polite, very caring gentleman. He is a gentleman who does his justice. I saw him clearing the tables and giving instructions. The tourism industry needs people like that, bartenders. But it was a complete fiasco. I could not see the pool being cleaned or chlorinated at all. The same water did not comply with the hygiene rules for 5 days.

I enjoyed my stay in an excellent hotel, I would like to go again.

There is a problem with the wifi, it keeps going on and off. It varies a lot from location to location. We couldn't even establish a healthy connection in our room.

There is no friendliness in the staff

I prefer this hotel every time I travel to Istanbul. The fact that it is clean and hygienic, that the staff is attentive and respectful, that the reception is solution-oriented and that it is reliable for my single stay are important reasons to recommend it. I also love the breakfasts of this hotel. Its central location is another reason for recommendation. Thank you, Bayrampaşa Ramada team.
