The location is right in the heart of Kaleiçi. The rooms were large, the ceiling high, the beds comfortable and clean. Even though it was in Kaleiçi, it was on a very quiet street. Check-in and check-out were self check-in and check-out and were seamless. We stayed one night and left the next morning without breakfast, so we did not experience their other services. Thank you.

There was no hanger in the bathroom to hang our towels, so we had a hard time. We were never given a towel to wipe our hands on. When we asked if you would clean our room in the morning, it was not cleaned when we arrived in the evening.

The relaxation area at the exit of the hot spring is not comfortable at all. If they were changed, it would be stylish and beautiful. The hotel is beautiful, I was very pleased.
