Motel Lavanda

Everything was wonderful. The location of the hotel is great. Omer's breakfasts were rich and his coffee was delicious. Mr. Irfan made our life much easier by solving our transportation problems. We are grateful to all of them. We had a very enjoyable trip to Urfa.

The staff was very good, the location was close to the sea.

It is a place that I have frequently preferred for two years, but I do not know if there has been a change of staff recently. I have problems with every stay. For example, in my last stay, the air conditioner in the room was broken. I mentioned this. It was really cold inside the room. I asked for a room change. They said that it was not available. During my stay, they came to the room for repairs. It took approximately 2 hours. They stated that I waited there in the cold for 2 hours for the service to finish its work. This was the negativity I experienced in my last stay. I have faced many negative things in previous stays, but I did not want to cause too much trouble because I really like the hotel, I hope I will not experience such negative things in my next stay.

The breakfast was very good, frankly, it was a mixed breakfast style. We liked it very much. The location is legendary, right in the center, within walking distance of everywhere in Avanos. The staff were always friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It really is a boutique hotel to visit with the family. We were pleased.

Everything was fine but the room was cold

Rox Cappadocia is a wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect, including the attention of the staff, the location of the hotel, food, drink and temperature. If you want a perfect stay when you go to Cappadocia, I highly recommend it.

Everything was very nice, the employees were very friendly and helpful, this is my second time here and I am staying on the island for a week every month and this will be the hotel I will always go to. There was only a stain on the duvet cover, which probably won't come off with washing. I didn't like it, but overall it is very nice with everything, especially the price performance is amazing❣️
