In terms of general atmosphere, the hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets are rich and nice. But the lack of ventilation in the room is a minus. Since it is a Kaya hotel, the atmosphere is stuffy. The worst part was that there was a serious noise coming from the air conditioner in the room. The friendliness and help of the staff was admirable. I can also say that the price policy remains a bit high.

It was my first visit to the hotel, everything was great, from the welcome to the friendly and helpful staff, from the cleanliness to the food.

We were very pleased. I recommend it. Our room was the family room, it was very sympathetic and adequate in every aspect.

There was no insulation whatsoever, the noises from the next room were still inside, we couldn't sleep and the room was very dusty.

As someone who has stayed in different hotels, I can say that the staff is excellent, the rooms are clean, they are meticulous, it is a very well thought out accommodation with everything from a toothbrush to a sewing needle to a shaving knife. I would recommend it to everyone. It is a place you will not regret.

First of all, hello, the hotel was not bad, the problem was that they served the drinks in plastic cups and the food was not tasty, the varieties were few, we used Turkish cuisine one night, it was very successful, the waiter took very good care of us and the tastes were excellent, overall we had a nice holiday, you can go there with children with peace of mind.
