I liked the hotel, the location is very nice, I also liked the design.

The water in the bathroom was freezing cold. We came all that way and couldn't take a hot shower. Also, we were so tired that we decided to order food to the room, but we could not reach the reception by phone. My daughter even called from the external line, but there was no answer. We have no words for its cleanliness, but the service is zero.

I would be lying if I said that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

First of all, the employees were very friendly and I was very pleased. As for the room satisfaction, there was no remote control for the air conditioner and when I turned on the heater, it worked at first, then it cooled down and it didn't work again. I don't know why this happened, it might have malfunctioned, I don't care too much. That's why I'm deducting 1 point. Apart from these, the hygiene and comfort are very good. I recommend those who are looking for a hotel at an affordable price not to worry.
